Shan Lin Xi Region
The region is covered with clouds through all year, frequently accompanied with frost in winter lead to the longer growth period, thus the taste is characterized by bitter with sweet, fresh smell of fir within mineral flavor, rich and smooth tastes. This variety is truly the best of tea when having delectable aftertaste. There are three to four harvests during the year. Currently, the most famous and representative tea farm is Dragon-and-Phoenix Gorge, secondary is Mt. Hurnto, later on Ju-Gau Liao , Yang-Tz Wan, Fan-Tz Wan and so on. These are the some favorite tea farms listed by tea-fans.
